We are not property sellers. We are builders, managers, and architects — delivering exceptional structures on a contract basis.

Ronsons Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on November 30, 2023 under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India. Headquartered at SCO 427-428, Sector 35-C, Chandigarh, the firm was founded by Mr. Rupinder Batth (CEO) and Mr. Hirdey Batth (Vice President) — two professionals with a shared conviction that architecture and construction management, done right, transform communities.

From the very beginning, our model has been contract-based: clients engage us to plan, design, manage, and deliver structures — from individual buildings to high-rise residential complexes. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, reflecting our commitment to quality management at every stage of every project.

Our scope covers contract architecture, structural project management, high-rise complex construction, facility and complex maintenance, and interior design consultation. Every project is governed by a clear scope of work, defined milestones, and uncompromising standards of delivery.

The company was formally incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, by Mr. Rupinder Batth and Mr. Hirdey Batth — with a clear mandate: to deliver contract-based architecture and construction management services at the highest standard of quality.

ISO 9001:2015 Certification Awarded

Within weeks of incorporation, RBPL was independently assessed and awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification by GVA — covering the scope of real estate builders and promoters. A statement of intent from day one.

First Project Portfolio Developed — High Point Estates

RBPL began active work on High Point Estates, a country homes project in New Chandigarh, marking the firm's first full-cycle engagement: architectural planning, structural management, and on-site supervision.

The Chateau & Oxford Street Projects Initiated

Two landmark projects were added to the active portfolio: The Chateau, a luxury penthouse residences tower in Zirakpur, and Oxford Street, a high-end commercial and retail destination — both managed under RBPL's contract architecture and construction management framework.
