The company was formally incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, by Mr. Rupinder Batth and Mr. Hirdey Batth — with a clear mandate: to deliver contract-based architecture and construction management services at the highest standard of quality.
Within weeks of incorporation, RBPL was independently assessed and awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification by GVA — covering the scope of real estate builders and promoters. A statement of intent from day one.
RBPL began active work on High Point Estates, a country homes project in New Chandigarh, marking the firm's first full-cycle engagement: architectural planning, structural management, and on-site supervision.
Two landmark projects were added to the active portfolio: The Chateau, a luxury penthouse residences tower in Zirakpur, and Oxford Street, a high-end commercial and retail destination — both managed under RBPL's contract architecture and construction management framework.
RBPL extended its service offering to include structured facility and complex maintenance programs and interior design consultancy — creating a comprehensive, end-to-end value proposition for clients across residential and commercial sectors.
